Anna Kane, the ex-wife of NHL player Evander Kane, has been revealed as one of the anonymous women suing Sean “Diddy” Combs for s3xual ass@ult, according to newly filed court documents.
Previously listed as Jane Doe, Anna disclosed her identity as required by the court to continue with the lawsuit.
Kane alleges that she was s3xually ass@ulted by Diddy and others in 2003 when she was just 17 years old and still in high school. She claims that Harve Pierre, president of Bad Boy Entertainment, approached her in Detroit, complimented her appearance, and invited her to New York City via private jet.
Upon arrival, she alleges she was taken to a recording studio, given drugs and alcohol, and subsequently assaulted.
In a statement through her attorney, Kane expressed her determination to move forward despite the challenges of going public. “Defendants’ demand that I use my name was an attempt to intimidate me, but I am not intimidated.
I am prepared to proceed and hold accountable those who have harmed me,” she said.
Sean Combs has denied all allegations.
The lawsuit comes amid mounting legal troubles for the music mogul, who has faced multiple lawsuits in recent weeks, including another high-profile case involving his ex-girlfriend, singer Cassie, which was settled in November 2023.
Anna Kane married Evander Kane in 2018, and the couple shares one child. Their marriage ended in divorce in July 2021.
