Senator Shehu Sani has advised the Federal government to impose heavy fines on Nigerians with Permanent Voters Cards PVC who do not go out to cast their votes during elections.
Posting on his X handle, Sani said;
‘’Heavy fine should be imposed for those who collected PVC but refused to vote.That is the best way to address the problem of low voter turnout.”
