Description of Production Operators
As a production operator working in Canada , your day-to-day responsibilities include setting up, maintaining, operating and monitoring the production processes in a manufacturing setting. Your duty is to ensure the efficient and effective running of production lines and that the quality of the product or output is maintained at the best levels.

2. Qualifications
- Must be in hold of at least a high school education or an equivalent qualification .
- You should have a Forklift certification or you should have an experience driving a forklift as this is desired.
- 2-3 years of work experience serving in a manufacturing environment, experience in a process industry is preferable.
- Experience working in plastics production making use of twin screw extruders and broad knowledge of material handling systems is preferred .
- Experience in setting up equipments, experience in starting up and operating sophisticated factory equipment.
- Experience in troubleshooting and solving simple operating problems.
- Ability to make direction and process information quickly.
- Two (2) positive references.
